Many people are turning to FAR Infrared Saunas for help detoxifying their bodies and healing various ailments. The question remains: How do FAR Infrared Saunas Work? Understanding how a FAR Infrared Sauna works helps user realize the full benefits of FAR Infrared Sauna Therapy.
FAR Infrared Saunas work by producing invisible infrared light radiating heat, which warms your whole body instead of air alone. The feeling using a FAR Infrared Sauna is similar to sunning without exposing yourself to harmful UV rays. And your skin will never burn using a FAR Infrared Sauna.
The soft penetrating heat of a FAR Infrared Sauna reaches about 2 inches into the fat layer where toxins accumulate. Increased blood circulation stimulates your sweat glands releasing toxin build up. And waste trapped in the fatty layers beneath your skin. Skin referred to as the 3rd kidney is responsible for eliminating 30% of your body waste.
This process allows your body to sweat out harmful toxins simultaneously gaining health benefits.
I've been using this Infared sauna for 2 years. I did not realize that this thing penetrates 2 inches into my skin. That's great! I always wondered why I always feel better after using mine compared to the one at the gym. I guess the cleansing is pretty effective. I'll have to quit using that sauna at the gym.

I am building a new house. I have an old wet stone sauna in my old house. These new carbon fiber saunas are far superior to the one that I have. I have used the newer saunas at several spas and the penetration is much better than the old type. This carbon fiber sauna will be in my new home.

I'll be moving in to my first home on Jan.1. A My Bath saunas is one of my first purchases. I spend nearly $100/mo. on health club fees. I can set up a home gym with products from My Bath. My Bath offers saunas, hot tubs, and steam showers at an affordable price.

Plenty of people have gotten your saunas it looks like. I was wondering if you had any saunas that can go outside. I'd like to put it outside so I can jump outside while its cold to kind of shock my system. I've heard of doing that to be kind of a refresher. Thanks!

These Infared saunas seem pretty simple! I use similar units all the time with ease. Are these items easily shipped to Rhode Island? I have a Day Spa that needs a small upgrade.

I know why my turtle basks under his heat lamp now. The feeling you get from a warm bask in these saunas is like the warmth of a tanning bed without the harmful UV rays.
