I have the old fashion wet rock sauna. My neighbor recently purchased a carbon fiber infrared sauna from my bath. My kids no longer use my sauna. After football practice my kids are at my neighbors house using his my bath sauna. The new technology is something that has driven me to purchase a new sauna.

Ha, Jim told me he was gonna buy a sauna from you. His kids got mine dirty. I told him 2 get his own. Any Ideas how to get dirty sweaty kid muck outta my sauna? I used soap and water and was just wondering if there is something to get it back to the original color. Love my carbon fiber sauna! No more sharin though!

I will be retiring in a few month. I plan on putting a rec room in my lake house. These infrared saunas that MY BATH offers will definitely be the first thing I'm putting in. I also notice that MY BATH offers hot tubs and steam showers. That will also be something I'm adding at a later date. Nice products. Way to go MY BATH

I recently purchased a carbon fiber sauna from My Bath. I originally purchased this unit for the health benefit to my family. I have noticed that we are having fewer health problems since we installed this sauna. This My Bath sauna is very relaxing and has tremendous health values.

I saw that these are 30% more efficient. I guess you can call these units "green". That's such a fad right now. It really is good to see that we are using technology to improve our lives and still keep the planet on our mind. Way to go!!

I really like the fact that these saunas are more efficient. I think I'm gonna get MB602. Does this unit come fully assembled? I can't wait to start using this sauna. I'll be in summer tanning mode in no time!

I workout 5 times a week. These saunas look like a good way to help relax my muscles after a workout. I already placed my order, How soon for delivery? My wife is ready to start working out with me.

My 3-4 person sauna is awesome! I sit in it about 4 times a week and I feel great. My energy level is up and I haven't been sick in over a year. Amazing! I love this sauna.

I tell ya, these saunas work great! I work on the highway and this time of the year it's cold. My body gets tense from being so cold. I get home, take a shower and hop in my sauna for 30 minutes makes a world of difference. Muscles relax and my mind slows down so I can actually think. Great Product!

Valerie is always in the darn thing and doesn't like to share. I bought the thing to help us both out. I made a deal with her. Showering I get to use it first since she always uses up all the hot water by the time I get to it. The sauna has been great.

Darren, If you guys would have gotten the 3-4 person sauna this wouldn't be a problem. I love mine and sharing it with my wife is no problem. I let her choose the music to listen to and all is peachy. We even take showers together, solely for water consumption purposes;)

I think seven is a pretty good number of things this sauna will help out. I'll try to work on some more benefits. It looks real nice in my home gym for 1.

Good blog. I have been using sauna therapy for years in the conventional saunas. I really like these. I seem to sweat at a lower temperature. Much nicer than 200 degrees. Thanks for the great product!

I just got rid of that old sauna I had it had a stove with the rocks that you pour water over. So tired of maintaining that garbage. I got my carbon fiber sauna a couple weeks ago and it was real easy to put together. Tongue and groove baby, Piece of cake. Works great and I can't wait to see my electric bill shrink!
Posted by: Gill Gillespie | May 01, 2009 at 12:42 PM
I'm Gill's neighbor. I am the one that bought his old sauna. It works but I sat in his the other day and I don't like mine anymore. Can we make a little trade here? JK but seriously his is way better than mine. What ya got that's better than this one?

The best thing about the sauna for me is the weight loss. I can't believe these actually burn hundreds of calories while I sit still.
Posted by: Larry Isaac | Jun 25, 2009 at 04:44 PM
Yeah, I found out after using this for a month that I lost 10lbs. I wasn't even trying to lose weight. I was just using it to clear toxins from my body. What a pleasant surprise.

I was surprised to hear that this can heat up in 5 minutes. I know that the sauna I bought back in 95 took 20 minutes to get to my preferred heat.
