Your feet hit the ground running, or at least meandering, each morning with a hard day of work ahead. Stuffed in socks and shoes, taking on the brunt of our weight, and transporting us to and from numerous places everyday, our feet work overtime. It’s no wonder the shoe, medical, spa, and other industries work hard to bring comfort to our precious feet.
Our feet often feel sore, achy, burning, swollen, and frequently sweaty. Did you know you have 250,000 sweat glands in your feet? And 26 bones, 33 joints, and over 100 ligaments, muscles, and tendons in each foot. The number of bones in your feet combined makes up one-fourth of the bones in your body.
Experts agree, paying attention to your feet is important as they can be a predictor of your overall health. There are a number of ways you can take care of your feet including:
- buying comfortable shoes
- paying attention to foot changes
- cleaning your feet daily
- staying away from walking barefoot in public places
- keeping toe nails trimmed (but not too short)
- reducing high heal wear – AMPA
- Foot Massage
One of the most popular foot care techniques is foot massage. I’m sure this is no surprise as foot massages can ease away pain, sore, and stiff muscles. And feel sooooo good. If you have a hard time getting your spouse, partner, or others to massage your feet try out one of MyBath.biz’s Steam Shower Units with the Foot Massage feature.
Most of MyBath.biz Steam Shower Units come equip with foot massage. For example, the removable foot massage inside the Rainforest 78 Steam Shower Unit puts mechanical force and hydro pressure together, resulting in an efficient podiatric massage. The foot massage attaches to the Steam Shower Unit’s inside wall when not in use, and features water jets and foot roller bars. Ease away your pain and enjoy with a foot massage available with most MyBath.biz Steam Shower Units.

Aaaahh!!! I love the foot massage feature for my steam shower! After a hard day of walking in the ER, I get in my rainforest steam shower and soak in the whirlpool tub to relax my muscles, then I use the foot massage which has really done awesome. I am deeply satisfied w/ what this has done to keep my feet on the move.

I sell cars for and I'm on my feet all day. Foot pain is a daily problem that has been remedied by the foot massage feature on my steam shower. I use this thing at least 5 times a week. Thanks for the great shower.

I use the foot massage on my rainforest 82. It works well with my foot problems. I have no arches in my feet and this helps a lot. I am fine standing for long periods of time but other than that:( I also got flat inserts for all of my shoes so that helps. Anyone with flat feet needs to use this, it works very well!

I work in a warehouse 6 days a week. This is a lot of work to say the least. We have over 100 thousand square feet. Tons of walking involved and tons of weight to carry. I have special made shoe inserts. They are a godsend for a price of 75 dollars. Do that and your feet will love you forever.

My feet are much better now. I used the foot massage feature and it was great! I have long work days and this is the only thing keeping me from sawing my feet off. A little exaggeration but it does help me! The Rainforest 96 is my foot's best friend.

I really don't take as good of care of my feet as I should. But now I don't feel as bad since I've got my foot massage feature on my steam shower. It is a small but important part. I have used it twice a week for 3 months now and my feet feel great. Love,Love,Love It!!!

I found the best way to pamper my feet is a dip in my hot tub. I can put my feet over any jet and let the water pressure give me a penetrating massage. The volcano jets in the center are the best in my MB335.

Pampering my feet these days seems to be quite a task. I'm usually busy and just skip the thought. I'm interested in buying something that will help motivate me into taking care of my feet. The hot tubs look great but I'm kinda leaning toward the steam showers. Any suggestions?

I have used several different methods of therapy on my feet and they all have benefits. I really do like the foot massage best due to the water flow. It tickles a little but in a good way. My feet always feel better after using it

We have the Rainforest 78 Steam Shower. I never have any foot problems even though I do overwork them. I think by my use of the foot massage I have prevented foot pain. So it's probably a good idea to use it even if ya don't have any problems.

Only seven things to keep my feet healthy? Really only six for men since we don't wear high heels. After reading this it's all about common sense. If your feet are comfortable you are good. I've never had foot problems unless I smashed or cut them. Those cases were my fault for not wearing the proper foot attire. Plain and simple, use your head to maintain healthy feet.

I think sitting in my new hot tub that I got from you works great on my feet. It has that volcano jet in the middle that does a wonderful job massaging.
