Do you have a packed daily calendar that zaps your energy level by mid-morning? You’re not alone; millions of us moms, dads, kids, and single folks have jobs, after-work activities, and so forth. These activities can easily deplete our energy levels leaving us fatigued.
On the other hand, you may also experience days when you have excessive energy levels needing to be released. Whatever your case may be, a bath may help you regulate your energy level.
So, how can a bath regulate your energy level?
The secret of regulating your energy level may be in your bath. More specifically, your bath’s water temperature. Depending on your energy level, mood, and health, you may need a cold-water bath or a hot-water bath.
If you need an energy boost, cold-water baths will stimulate, boost, and refresh your entire system. A cold-water bath may shock your system a bit at first, but then feels wonderful. You may be thinking, “There’s no way a cold-water bath feels wonderful”. But you may be surprised at how good it feels. Give it a try.
If you happen to find yourself with excessive energy and needing to relax especially before bed, a hot-water bath may be the answer. Hot-water baths tends to relax your body, ease pain, and sooth sore muscles. Hot-water baths can also help those struggling with insomnia.

I'm commenting on this whirlpool tub because it is the coolest addition to my bathroom. I love watching TV and movies. The fact that I get health benefits is just a nice bonus.

I grew up on a far and we didn't even know what a whirlpool tub was. I had my first experience in one in a hotel in college. I liked it so much I told my mom and dad at home. My soon to be husband told me he'd buy me one with our wedding present money. We were married June 6th and my new whirlpool tub was delivered and installed on the 8th. Our honey moon started that night.

I have had great results with taking a hot bath to go to sleep. I don't know anyone willing to jump in a cold whirlpool tub on purpose. If it lights me up like a candle I might try it but otherwise, I'm using it for sleep!

I love using this whirlpool tub. I grew up with a galvanized steel tub like they used in my day. It was for bathing only and zero comfort. My whirlpool tub is like going from a cave to a mansion.

I can't wait for a bath when I get back from work. The new whirlpool tub is the highlight of my day. I have been in it every day since it's installation. Just so ya know, I take showers daily too. The tub is just a great place for me to relax.
