I agree with this passage 110%! I have quit smoking for 15yrs. I'm currently 45 yrs old and I feel like I'm in my early 30's. I bought my Infrared Sauna last year and I'm loving it. My neighbor loves to come over and sit for 20 min every 2 days. He's in his 60's and it seems to eliminate his muscle pains. To tell you the truth it is a great tool for the winter months. So if you truly want to feel better I suggest the sauna.

This is funny! I never heard of this until I saw "Cash Cab". I had a friend on the show and they used a "street shout out". The guy they asked knew that the answer to the question was "Thrombosis" but they went with another answer and ended up losing. Thrombosis is a great word, scrabble anyone?
